Rev. Darryl D. Roberts resigned as senior pastor of Nineteenth Street Baptist Church, effective August 22, 2023. He had served as our pastor since 2017. We thank him for his service to the church and wish him and his family well as he continues his call to the Gospel and to promoting social justice.

A search committee for a new pastor will be selected by the church business meeting on January 20, 2024. The Ministerial Council of associate ministers is committed to fulfilling all of the church’s pastoral needs for the near term. Associate Minister Rev. Christopher Crawford is the point person for the council.
