Sunday Brunch for Shrove Tuesday

The Progressive Adults Ministry is hosting a brunch on Sunday, February 18 after the worship service to celebrate Shrove Tuesday. Shrove Tuesday, on February 13, is the feast day before the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday. A pancake supper has been a Nineteenth Street tradition for more than 30 years. This year, the ministry moved the celebration date to encourage greater participation by the entire congregation. No tickets are required. All attending the worship service are invited to partake.
