There is one application form, Collegiate Programs Application, for our college students to apply for either or both the Ettyce Hill Moore Church Scholarship and the Love Pal Program. One application does it all—no need to complete two applications. Simply check off which program(s) you are applying for.

Your participation in the scholarship program will require you to meet the application requirements and complete the Collegiate Programs Application each school year. It is important that you provide all the information requested no later than July 5, 2024.

Please email the completed agreement and application form to Applications@19thstreetbc.org.
